THE HUNTINGTON ROSE SOCIETY PRESENTS THE ANNUAL ROSE SHOW AT THE HUNTINGTON MALL GAZEBO ON SEPTEMBER 7TH FROM 1PM-4:30PM. THE ROSE SHOW IS A COMPETITION AMONG THOSE WHO GROW ROSES IN THEIR PRIVATE GARDENS. ENTRANTS DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER OF THE ROSE SOCIETY TO PARTICIPATE. The Marshall University Cheerleaders and the Huntington Mall will be hosting a Mini Cheerleading Camp beginning at 4pm at the Huntington Mall’s Macy’s Dome. This camp will include an element of fun for school age kids. This FREE mini camp will be a fun, learning experience for all who participate. If you are already a cheerleader, come and learn some new moves and cheers from these very experienced college cheerleaders. Take what you learn back to your cheerleading groups. This cheerleading camp can also be utilized as a way to find out if cheerleading is an extracurricular activity that you may want to pursue. It is a FREE event and the Huntington Mall will be providing Mini Cheerleading Camp t-shirts to the first 100 who pre register and participate. There will also be prizes from Register to Win drawings to include two tickets to a Marshall University Home Football Game. What better way to find out if cheerleading is the right activity for your child or teen. Registration forms are available now in the Huntington Mall Office. The event will take place on Wednesday, September 10th at 4pm in the Macy's Dome. We encourage all those interested to please pre register and return all registration forms to the mall office or the mall customer service center by Tuesday, September 9th.
